- Removal & soak-off
- If you're switching out a previous set, we'll soak off gel or refill extensions in the appointment. Let us know what you're wearing when you book.
- Arrive bare or polished
- Either is fine. Bare nails let us start clean; existing polish just needs removal first, which we can include.
- How long it takes
- A basic manicure is around 45 minutes; gel and art sets run longer. We'll quote a realistic window when we confirm.
